Just make sure your car is in good shape and show any flaws in the photos to avoid any letdowns. It does take a bit of time to get the car collected, but if you’ve been honest with the pictures, they’ll pay you the full amount as promised. I’ll definitely use them again in the future since nothing beats the price you get from an auction.

The first time I attempted to list my Dad's vehicle, who lives quite a distance away, I received a bunch of great pictures from him. After entering all the info, I downloaded their silly photo app only to find out that you can’t upload images from your phone; you have to snap them right there! Ultimately, he ended up selling his car through Autotrader instead.

When I tried to sell my own car the second time, they initially set a reserve price at £10k. But then, after I submitted the photos, it dropped to £9.5k. I questioned this and learned that the reserve price is pretty much useless; it’s just a suggestion and doesn’t guarantee a sale at that price. The car went to auction, and I was offered £8.5k, which I obviously turned down. The vehicle is in decent shape and wouldn’t need much, if any, work before hitting a dealership. I feel like I completely wasted my time getting the car ready and advertising it based on their initial price, which was clearly way off.

I won’t be giving them another shot; I’ll either trade it in or go to WBAC.

Overall, the service is pretty solid, but a few buyers seem to be on a mission to haggle down the price. They'll dig for the smallest excuse to shave off a couple of bucks.

Superb help from beginning to end. Uploading the images takes a bit of time, and the tire samples could use some improvement, but all in all, it was a solid experience. I sold my vehicle and received what I was aiming for—2k more than what webuyanycar was willing to give.

It was alright. The final amount ended up being way lower than what I was quoted. In fact, it was significantly below the reserve price. Plus, the buyer was annoyingly pushy, trying to get an even better deal - and he showed up a day late to pick up the item. I doubt I'll use this service again.
